The Music Trust - privacy policy
The Music Trust is the charitable organisation which promotes and manages Reigate Summer Music, The English Arts Chorale and other local arts activities.
We store contact information about our customers in a database for the purpose of informing them of future events.
We may pass your details onto a third party for purposes directly linked to the conduct of our operations, for example to process or confirm the validity of a transaction, or to handle postal mailing.
If you have bought tickets from us, we will (unless you ask us not to) add your details to our database so that we can send you information about future activities. You can use the form on this web-site to add or remove your details from our mailing list. This list is only used by us or our agents to promote our own activities. We do not sell or otherwise transfer your details to third parties who wish to use them to promote non-Music Trust activities.
The Music Trust does not store the credit card or banking details of its customers. All on-line transactions are handled on our behalf by PayPal using their own secure servers.
When you visit this web-site, we collect information such as the unique (IP) address of your computer, the time of the visit, and the pages you viewed. We analyse this data in summary form in order to help us decide how we can improve the way we work.
