Young-Choon Park

YOUNG CHOON PARK

A child prodigy, South Korean born Young-Choon Park played the Beethoven Piano Concerto No 1 with the Seoul Symphony Orchestra at the age of nine. Since leaving the Julliard School in New York, she has performed in thirty-two countries in both solo recitals and concertos with many of the world's leading orchestras. She has broadcast on radio and television and is currently recording the complete Mozart Piano Concertos. The Sunday Times describe her playing as demonstrating "real passion and style as well as outstanding technical mastery".

Visibility at St Mary's Church

Please be aware that, with the exception of the piano soloist, the performers at St Mary's Church will be located beyond the pierced wooden Rood Screen, giving a limited view. A few unreserved (11) seats may be made available in the Chancel area with the performers.
